Meet sweet Ellie!
Ellie has just recently entered our rescue! She is a stunning and super sweet 4 year old Golden Retriever, and an all around good girl! Upon her initial vet exam, we learned that Ellie is both Heartworm and Lyme positive. Heartworm treatment is a very lengthy and costly treatment. Ellie will spend the next 3 months going through treatment and crate rest. We are hoping to raise most of the cost of her treatment to give her a second chance at a long, happy life! Heartworm is a very serious disease, which can be deadly if left untreated. The good news is that Heartworm is easily preventable, with monthly chews and annual tests. We are committed to giving Ellie the best care and life saving treatment. |

Ariel, a loving 8-year-old dog, has spent her entire life plagued by debilitating allergies, leaving her miserable, uncomfortable, and in pain. Despite months of testing, the specific allergen remains unknown. To manage her condition, Ariel relies on monthly Cytopoint injections and a specialized diet of wild kangaroo meat dog food, which is extremely expensive. Every other protein triggers severe hives and painful sores, baffling our veterinarians. Determined to find relief, Ariel is scheduled to meet with a specialist to pinpoint the root cause of her skin issues. Our heartfelt wish is for Ariel to finally experience a life free from discomfort and filled with happiness and health.
